Halotherapy is being offered at Naperville Wellness & Salt Cave. When you entering our Salt Cave, you will be surrounded by 10 tons of Himalayan Salt which is known to promote pH balance and purify the respiratory systems. Once you take a step into the cave, you will feel crushed salt that lies beneath your feet as you walk. This spa treatment aims to help you escape the polution of the city. During the session, the relaxing music will be playing as you are covered with a clean Sherpa blanket, inhaling the salty air, administers natural healing with each breath that you take.

What you need to know 

  • No special clothing is required. White socks only. 

  • We do ask that you remain silent in the cave. 

  • Lockers are available for the security of your valuables. 

  • No cell phones or beverages are allowed.

  • Salt room temperatures range from 68- 74 degrees.

Time 

  • Every salt cave session starts at the beginning of every hour and lasts 48 minutes 

  • Please arrive 10 mins before the start time to prepare for the session.

  • Appointments are highly recommended.

  • Full capacity is up to 12 people.

Cancellation Policy 

Any cancellations or missed appointments without a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount.
